Session Overview
Sam requested a full rapid overhaul of aguiarinjurylawyers.com, focused on lead conversion and SEO. He asked for a 10-specialist SEO agency structure, each focused on a different discipline. This session covered the full execution of Sprint 0 (emergency fixes) and Sprint 1 (technical SEO infrastructure), progressing from audit through deployment and verification.
The session started with assembling 7 specialist audit reports, synthesizing a master findings report (site scored 4.6/10), building a 5-sprint prioritized action plan, then executing Sprint 0 and Sprint 1 in sequence.

Sprint 1: Technical SEO Infrastructure
8 of 11 Sprint 1 items were deployed and verified. The remaining 3 require external platform access.
Completed items:
- Schema Markup (WPCode snippet #43605): FAQPage schema on homepage (6 FAQ questions) + Person schema on Sam Aguiar bio page (Forbes 2025, Super Lawyers 2017-2026, TTLA Top 10, awards, sameAs links to Avvo/Justia/Forbes/SuperLawyers). The homepage already had comprehensive LegalService + LocalBusiness + AggregateRating schema via existing ACF global option, so no additional LegalService schema was needed.
