제1조 (목적) 본 약관은 릭마인드(Rigmind)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 장비 관리 및 시그널 체인 설계 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

1. 회사는 이용자에게 장비 인벤토리 관리, 시그널 체인 다이어그램 생성, 퍼블릭 프로필 쇼룸 제공 등의 서비스를 제공합니다.
2. [베타 서비스 면책] 현재 본 서비스는 '베타 테스트' 단계입니다. 회사는 서비스의 안정성을 위해 최선을 다하지만, 예기치 못한 버그, 서버 장애, 데이터 유실이 발생할 수 있으며, 이에 대해 회사는 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제3조 (이용자의 의무 및 제재)

1. 이용자는 서비스를 이용함에 있어 다음의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
   • 타인의 정보 도용, 저작권 침해
   • 악기 및 음향 장비와 무관한 부적절한 이미지(음란물, 혐오 사진 등)의 업로드
   • 비정상적인 방법으로 서버(API)에 부하를 주거나 해킹을 시도하는 행위
2. 회사는 이용자가 위 조항을 위반한 경우, 사전 통보 없이 게시물(이미지 등)을 삭제하거나 계정을 영구 정지할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (콘텐츠의 저작권)

1. 이용자가 서비스 내에 업로드한 이미지 및 시그널 체인 데이터의 저작권은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 본 서비스에 콘텐츠를 업로드함으로써, 회사가 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 제공, 퍼블릭 프로필 노출, 서비스 개선을 위한 목적 범위 내에서 무상으로 사용하는 것을 허락합니다.

제5조 (AI 분석 결과에 대한 면책) ① 본 서비스가 제공하는 AI 기반 장비 호환성 분석(전압, 전류, 시그널 라우팅, 페달보드 공간 등) 및 추천 결과는 참고용이며, 100%의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. ② 이용자는 기기 매뉴얼 및 제조사의 공식 스펙을 직접 교차 검증해야 합니다. AI의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한 장비 연결 및 사용으로 인해 발생하는 기기 파손, 화재, 금전적 손해 등에 대하여 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제6조 (확장프로그램 및 외부 웹사이트 연결) 회사가 제공하는 브라우저 확장프로그램(Chrome Extension 등)을 통해 연동되거나 서비스 내에 링크된 외부 쇼핑몰 및 서드파티 웹사이트의 정보 정확성, 결제, 배송 문제에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Rigmind (the "Company") and the user in connection with the use of the gear management and signal chain design services (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Provision and Modification of Service) ① The Company provides users with services including, but not limited to, gear inventory management, signal chain diagram generation, AI Copilot, browser extensions, and public profile showrooms. ② [Beta Service Disclaimer] The Service is currently in the "Beta Test" phase. While the Company will do its best to ensure the stability of the Service, unexpected bugs, server outages, or data loss may occur. The Company shall not be held legally liable for such occurrences unless resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 3 (User Obligations and Sanctions) ① Users shall not engage in the following activities while using the Service:

1. Stealing others' information or infringing on copyrights.
2. Uploading inappropriate images (e.g., pornography, hateful content) unrelated to musical instruments or audio gear.
3. Attempting to hack or artificially burden the server (API) using abnormal methods. ② If a user violates the above provisions, the Company may delete their posts (e.g., images) or permanently suspend their account without prior notice.

Article 4 (Content Copyright) ① The copyright of images and signal chain data uploaded by the user within the Service belongs entirely to the user. ② By uploading content to the Service, the user grants the Company a free, non-exclusive license to use the content within the scope necessary for providing the Service, displaying it on public profiles, and improving the Service.
