Description:

Today's reflection episode introduces the rebrand of the You at Your Best podcast. Which is still me, but a shift toward even deeper authenticity, less perfection, more fun, and more honest self-expression. This episode is especially helpful for anyone who feels stuck waiting to be “ready” before starting something they love, but also a reminder that you’re allowed to evolve, change, and show all sides of yourself.

🌙 In this episode, I share:

Additional Thoughts:

Reason for the rebrand: Although I’m not changing much about what I talk about and who I am (because I have already figured out who I am and the type of episodes I like to make), I am changing the way I approach my episodes. I’m focusing on connecting with my listeners before perfection. This new rebrand allows me to be less anxious and stressed about making sure I put a new episode out that is perfectly curated every week. Instead, I get to have fun. I am allowing myself to show my more chaotic side. Because, although I am mature, I am also just a 23-year-old trying to figure out life like everyone else. I don’t know everything, and I don’t want to! I still have a long life ahead of me. I still have so much to learn. So, for me, I don’t feel that it’s right or authentic to put myself into a big sister role. I have always seen myself as more of a friend to my listeners.

I also have a new cover art and am changing my approach to social media! I was starting to get really bored with my approach. My videos and posts didn’t feel intentional.

The part for YOU: Finally Starting! I end the episode by talking about why you need to just start now. You have to put yourself out there, even if you aren’t perfect at it. We will never learn how to grow unless we TRY!

Inspiration for this rebrand:

I didn’t discuss this in the episode, but I watched a video on YouTube that inspired this rebrand above all else. She explains how to find your specific brand. It really helped me, so I wanted to share it 💕
