This privacy policy applies to the Closer Card app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by QIU TIAN as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application operates entirely on your local device.

• No Data Collection: The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any user data, including but not limited to IP addresses, device identifiers, or browsing history
• Local Processing: All game logic, session progress, and interaction data remain strictly on your mobile device and are deleted if the Application is uninstalled.
• No Analytics: This version of the Application does not use any third-party analytics SDKs or backend APIs to track user behavior .

In-App Purchases

All financial transactions related to the 8 RMB Full Unlock are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store. The Service Provider does not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or any other payment-related personal data.

Third Party Access

Since no data is collected by the Application, no information is shared with or accessible by any third parties.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, as no data collection mechanisms are present in the app.

Changes & Consent

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-03-08. Any future updates to the Application that may require data collection (such as adding a backend for analytics) will be accompanied by a revised privacy policy and explicit user consent .
