Onboarding is a team effort: we default to transparency (open meetings, public Slack threads) and actively pair to share context. Our goal is to give new teammates the clarity, confidence, and support they need to build trust, autonomy, and early impact.
At the same time, WunderGraph is a challenging environment - weβre still a start-up, so moving the needle is what counts. Our expectations rise with your seniority level - weβll cut you a lot of slack if youβre a junior, but expect no need for handholding for seniors and beyond (questions are always ok, of course!).
