πŸš€ WunderGraph 30/60/90 Day Onboarding Journey

Purpose: To set our new WunderGraph team members for success from day 1 and beyond!

Onboarding is a team effort: we default to transparency (open meetings, public Slack threads) and actively pair to share context. Our goal is to give new teammates the clarity, confidence, and support they need to build trust, autonomy, and early impact.

At the same time, WunderGraph is a challenging environment - we’re still a start-up, so moving the needle is what counts. Our expectations rise with your seniority level - we’ll cut you a lot of slack if you’re a junior, but expect no need for handholding for seniors and beyond (questions are always ok, of course!).

To help during the onboarding period, we will facilitate check ins with the People team and with your manager. Before the 30, 60, and 90 days reviews, both yourself and your manager will receive a task in Humaans to input your thoughts. Please take some time to complete this feedback exercise and think of your experience so far. The team member should submit first so that the manager comes prepared with ways to support and relevant feedback.
