🚀 WunderGraph 30/60/90 Day Onboarding Journey

Purpose: To set our new WunderGraph team members for success from day 1 and beyond!

Onboarding is a team effort: we default to transparency (open meetings, public Slack threads) and actively pair to share context. Our goal is to give new teammates the clarity, confidence, and support they need to build trust, autonomy, and early impact.

At the same time, WunderGraph is a challenging environment - we’re still a start-up, so moving the needle is what counts. Our expectations rise with your seniority level - we’ll cut you a lot of slack if you’re a junior, but expect no need for handholding for seniors and beyond (questions are always ok, of course!).

🌍 0–30 Days – Launch

✅ Your journey begins!

On day 1:

• [ ] Create your profile in Team Directory
• [ ] Complete all onboarding modules (Company onboarding, Security training)
• [ ] Set up all accounts (Slack, Notion, GitHub, Email, Internal tools)
• [ ] Meet your onboarding buddy
• [ ] Schedule 1:1s with team members & key collaborators
• [ ] Review your job description & responsibilities (in case not done prior to joining)
• [ ] Understand the company mission, vision, Values and Behaviours

During week 1:

• [ ] Attend team meetings (mainly daily)
• [ ] Shadow a few team workflows/client calls relevant to your role
