| 1 | Data and stories Stamen team shared a Figma board to share design discovery for comments. -          Team discussed how AI can be shown in this map, what the format for approaching stories should be, and need for other datasets (eg. Mills) to be showcased within the map. -          CE team offered potential for trade directories data to be shared, an interim ‘imperfect’ set may be shared while awaiting the final thing. This will not be used in P1 testing, so is likely to be provided at a later date. -          Aim for P1 testing to showcase the proof of concept -          CC: What do we want to do with unusual data such as PDFs about river pollution? NK: Will check with story provider, but suspect this is not needed. ACTIONS: -          NK will create a list of digital techniques that were used to show how ‘AI’ played a role in story creation. -          CC/AP to provide list of stories that they want data for, and stories that may need further work. -          NK to prepare datasets for other stories, to be provided after the digital techniques information. These won’t be used for P1 testing, but will be prepared for use after. -          NK to see if other maps are available to be incorporated into ‘change over time’ angle. | | --- | --- | | 2 | Programme -          On track for P1 testing to show proof of concept with more data and stories incorporated for P2. -          Regular catch up next Tuesday 6th August at 5pm BST. | | 3 | Physical space for exhibit -          VD: is projection likely to be possible? Good to have an idea soon. | | 4 | AOB -          CC: What technology will be available for audience testing? Would a figma board work, or PDF stills? -          VD: concerns over contract. Emailed NW. ACTION: -          NK to follow up with NW regarding audience testing tech. |
