1. Age. Participants must be 18 years or older on Sept 15, 2025.
2. Jurisdictions. The hackathon is open to participants worldwide. However, prizes cannot be awarded where prohibited by Brazilian or international law. Participants are responsible for complying with their local regulations.
3. Conflicts of Interest. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of NearX, SDF, sponsors, event staff, or judges are ineligible to compete.
4. Minors. Participation of minors is not allowed, even with parental consent.
