Step 1: Visit the Business Page

Go to **https://neelcamp.com/business** in your browser.

Step 2: Login or Get Started

• If you already have an account, click Login from the navigation bar.
• If you are onboarding for the first time, click Get Started to create a new account

Step 3: Complete the Business Onboard Form

You’ll be asked to fill out the Business Onboard Form. This information is used to create your provider account and dashboard.

Business Onboard Form Fields:

• First Name (e.g., John)
• Last Name (e.g., Doe)
• Business Name (e.g., Adventure Kids Camp)
• Email (e.g., john@example.com)
• Phone Number (Optional)
