Part 1

Attached here is a month’s worth of sample delivery data (glossary here) for our New Verticals businesses (Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and DashMart). This isn’t our complete dataset, but it’s comprehensive enough for you to make observations on our business. The task is to analyze the dataset, and to provide a clear set of recommendations for our business. You’re giving a 5-10 minute presentation to a VP-level stakeholder who is looking for business recommendations from this analysis. Please clearly state any assumptions you make.

Here’s what we are assessing:

Overall Deliverable

• Assessment must be submitted as a slide deck (Google Slides format), using our provided template
• Candidates should download the template and create their own copy before working on it
• The deck should clearly present:
  • Key findings and results
  • Supporting analysis and insights
  • Clear structure and executive-ready storytelling
• Visuals (charts, diagrams, tables) are encouraged where they strengthen the analysis
• An appendix is optional
