This Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to your downloading, installing, registering, logging in, and using the PeakPoint app and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). Before using the Services, you must carefully read and fully understand this Agreement; your use of the Services constitutes your reading and acceptance of this Agreement.
PeakPoint 为户外活动提供信息展示与辅助工具，包括但不限于海拔、日出日落、体感舒适度、风/湿度、紫外线、风险提示、速度统计、仪表盘布局等功能。上述信息仅供参考，不构成任何专业建议或安全保证。
PeakPoint provides information display and auxiliary tools for outdoor activities, including but not limited to altitude, sunrise/sunset times, comfort level, wind/humidity, ultraviolet radiation, risk alerts, speed statistics, dashboard layout, and other functions. The aforementioned information is for reference only and does not constitute any professional advice or safety guarantee.
你理解并同意：户外活动存在不可控风险。本服务无法替代你的判断与必要的专业训练、装备与安全措施。因你依赖本服务信息导致的任何损失，PeakPoint 将在法律允许范围内承担有限责任。
You understand and agree that outdoor activities involve uncontrollable risks. The Services cannot replace your own judgment, necessary professional training, equipment, and safety measures. PeakPoint shall bear limited liability within the scope permitted by law for any losses incurred due to your reliance on the information provided by the Services.
你应当按照法律法规及平台规则真实、合法、正当地使用本服务，不得利用本服务从事违法违规活动。
You shall use the Services truthfully, legally, and appropriately in accordance with laws, regulations, and platform rules, and shall not engage in illegal or irregular activities through the Services.
你不得对应用进行反向工程、反编译、破解、干扰运行、绕过付费限制或以其他方式侵犯 PeakPoint 或第三方的合法权益。
You shall not perform reverse engineering, decompilation, cracking, interfere with the operation, bypass payment restrictions on the app, or otherwise infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of PeakPoint or third parties.
如你违反本协议或相关规则，PeakPoint 有权在合理范围内采取包括但不限于限制功能、暂停服务等措施。
If you violate this Agreement or related rules, PeakPoint has the right to take measures including but not limited to restricting functions and suspending services within a reasonable scope.
