As Project Initiator, Product Owner and later Chief Product Owner I have scaled the agile development teams (based on scrum methodology) from 2 to 40 team members, developed with my team the order, payment and delivery processes of the platform; elaborated the product vision and -strategy and later guided team members to become even more effective in the collaboration with Audi departments and markets.

The mission of the Audi Commerce Platform is to sell Audi’s digital, vehicle-related services to customers worldwide. The headless ecommerce platform we have built uses cloud technologies and microservice architecture; it is enabler technology for Audi’s “Function on Demand” and “Connect” use cases; Rollout in Europe, Canada and the United States of America
