  2. 수집하는 개인정보의 항목
    1. 이름, 휴대폰번호, SNS/소셜 미디어 ID, 나이, 성별, 국적, 희망하는 수술 또는 시술 정보, 희망하는 병원 및 업체 조건, 예약 일시
    2. 상담 신청한 병원으로부터 수집하는 정보: 내원 여부, 상담 여부, 시술 여부, 시술 예정일, 시술 가격
  3. 개인 정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
    1. 당사는 개인정보 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후 해당 정보를 파기합니다. 다만, 민원 처리, 분쟁해결, 법령상 의무 이행을 위해 관련 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 계약, 결제, 서비스 제공 내역 등은 법령이 정한 보존 기간(5년)에 따라 보관합니다
    2. 보유기간 내라도 이용자 또는 법원, 정부 기관에서 해당 개인정보를 조기에 삭제 또는 파기하도록 요청할 경우 그에 따릅니다
  4. 동의를 거부할 권리 및 거부하는 경우의 불이익
    1. 회원은 이 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다. 이 동의는 의료기관 상담 및 예약 신청 서비스 제공에 필수적이므로 위 사항에 동의하셔야 병원 상담 및 예약 신청이 가능합니다.

KEARCH requests your consent to collect and use your personal information as outlined below.

  1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use
    1. Providing hospital consultation and reservation application services.
  2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
    1. Name, mobile phone number, SNS/Social Media ID, age, gender, nationality, information regarding desired surgery or procedure, desired clinic and vendor selection criteria, and reservation date/time.
    2. Information collected from clinics and vendors: Visit status, consultation status, procedure status, scheduled procedure date, and procedure price.
  3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
    1. The Company will destroy the information once the purpose of collecting and using the personal information has been achieved. However, records related to contracts, payments, and service provision that are required to be kept by relevant laws for civil complaint handling, dispute resolution, and fulfillment of legal obligations will be retained according to the statutory preservation period (5 years).
    2. Even within the retention period, the Company will comply if the user, court, or government agency requests the early deletion or destruction of the corresponding personal information.
  4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal
    1. Members have the right to refuse this consent to the collection and use of personal information. As this consent is essential for providing the medical institution consultation and reservation application service, you must agree to the above terms to proceed with the hospital consultation and reservation application.
