😻 View (practically) all file types straight in web browser

No need to download unless you want to. Practically all kinds of files can be viewed straight in the web browser. You can even read emails (.msg and .eml) on iOS even though iOS does not have built-in support for viewing email files🤯

✉️ Invite people who do not use CRM to files that are stored in CRM

Just hit "Share" when viewing the file and send the link to anyone at the company. Collaboration shouldn't stop where CRM ends.

🤝Work simultaneously in documents

No more "file is locked by Art Vandelay". Quite the opposite. See your colleagues type as you work in the document at the same time.

↩️Versioning control

You now automatically keep track of all versions of the document and can see who edited what and when.

Has someone in your team deleted everything in the file? Of course you can find out who did it and play the blame game but most importantly, it's super-easy to rewind the file to a previous point in time.

📴 Improved mobility through the Office mobile app

On your phone or tablet, documents will open on your Microsoft Office app if installed. In there you can make files available offline, share, collaborate and much, much more.
