I’ve just started research into my new duties. Having my credentials would be really helpful – that said, I will probably have them tomorrow.
It’s quite interesting how elektrosmog is literally the name of the site, but it doesn’t show up in like the first 3 pages of google search results. It’s always beaten out by other stuff with less strong names, so maybe it’s down to page authority, or recency? I suppose it’s my job to find that out.
On the other side, wasseradern is doing really well. You seemingly can’t search for stuff with that keyword in it and expect the page not to show up. Maybe the competition is less strong? Yeah confirmed it even further, most autocomplete keywords, we’re right up there in the top, I wonder if this trades favorably for traffic.
So, with a bit of research here’s the thing I think I need a good overview of to be able to do my job well:
Just something interesting to note on elektrosmog, I had the frog crawler go through the page on measuring it and for some reason it defined the readability as “hard”.
So there’s also something interesting that I’m seeing while checking the backlinks with Ahrefs.
Wasseradern has 292 backlinks from 23 referring sites and a domain rating of 30/100.
Elektrosmog has 20 backlinks from 11 referring sites, most of which are SEO promotion and there’s a rating of 0/100.
Just a note for later, but I just might run some stuff that ranks above elektrosmog in queries that we should be good in and see what it says – it really might just be down to domain authority.
I still haven’t received my credentials which I need, so I’m going to compile a list of what exactly it is I need.
