Our color analysis app allows users to upload or take a photo to receive personalized color results. To provide this functionality, we collect photos that may contain face data, such as an image of your face. We use this information only to analyze color characteristics and generate your results.

A. Photos and Face Data You Provide

When you upload or take a photo through the app, the image may include your face or facial features (“face data”). We handle this information as follows:

• The photo is uploaded securely to our servers for temporary processing.
• We analyze the image solely to extract color-related characteristics.
• We do not analyze, derive, or store face geometry, facial landmarks, or any biometric identifiers.
• We do not use photos or face data to identify individuals, authenticate identity, or perform facial recognition.
• We do not generate templates or mathematical representations of your face.
• Photos and face data are deleted from our systems after processing unless you choose to save them within the app.
