In order to submit your application, you will need an “Electronic Certificate”. If you currently don’t have one (likely the case if you are not Spanish or have never dealt with the Spanish Administration), there is an alternative solution.

1. Fill this form.

2. Sign it: please use a handwritten signature and a scan, if possible. A picture will sufice, dont worry about quality here. No need to send the english version, that is just for your reference.

3. Compile all the documentation that you need to submit in an organised way (check out Documentation)

   Please, keep the following organisation format:

   • PDF 1_Anexos 2y4
   • PDF 2_Passport
   • PDF 3_TITULOSYNOTAS (del master y BSc, incluyendo tambien la declaracion de equivalencia de notas). (PDF3_ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES, TITLES, DEGREES EQUIVALENCE)
   • PDF 4_CVyDocumentacion acreditativa. (PDF4_CV PLUS DOCUMENTATION OF THE CV MERITS)
   • PDF 5_AutorizacionFirmaElectronica. (PDF5_AUTORIZATION FORM)
   • Cinco PDFs en total, cada uno menor de 10MB. Que no sumen en total más de 14.77MB. Five PDF in total, each one should be below 10MB, all five PDF should be less than 14.77MB.

4. Share it with Clara.ortega@ujaen.es using whatever method you find easy (Drive, Dropbox…).

5. I will submit everything on your name using my electronic certificate.
