Guide for Annex IV: Declaration of Responsibility

This document clarifies the contents of Annex IV (Declaration of Responsibility). This form is a mandatory legal requirement that the candidate must complete and sign to confirm their eligibility status for the Predoctoral Contract application

Purpose of the Declaration

The Declaration of Responsibility is a formal statement submitted under the applicant's name, confirming that they meet all exclusion requirements stipulated in the call for applications . Failure to fulfill any of these criteria will lead to automatic exclusion from the selection process.

The applicant must complete the initial identifying information (Name, ID, and Nationality) and explicitly state compliance with the four main declarations by marking the corresponding boxes (or ensuring they are marked on the final document) .

IV. Communication Obligation Que comunicaré al Vicerrectorado de Investigación y Transferencia del Conocimiento de la Universidad de Jaén las posibles alteraciones de las circunstancias... I will communicate to the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Jaén any possible alterations to the circumstances detailed in this declaration
