All participants of Shine Bootcamp - including but not limited to coaches, mentees, staff, sponsors, and volunteers - are required to follow the Code of Conduct (COC). The COC extends to all elements of Shine, including but not limited to: communication within the course platform, facilitated peer workshopping, events both online and in-person, coaching sessions both one-on-one and group, and the Shine Slack.

Shine Bootcamp is dedicated to a harassment-free environment regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neurotype, physical appearance, body, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, language, or religion.

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated; anyone who violates the COC may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the Shine Bootcamp organizers.
