The company connects AI-powered creators with distribution channels, helping them get discovered, monetize their work, and reach global audiences. The Role The company is seeking a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives in startup environment, someone who ships quickly, with quality, and can balance individual contribution with technical leadership. You will: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable web applications (Creator Portal, web streaming platform, connected-TV apps). • Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for a modern, evolving tech stack. • Build both server-side components and modern React UIs, ensuring maintainability and performance. • Contribute hands-on code while mentoring mid-level engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture. • Work closely with product and content teams in an Agile environment, delivering value in fast, iterative cycles. • Apply knowledge of the media domain (media files, transcoding, online playback) to deliver performant and reliable solutions (preferred but not required). • Explore opportunities to expand into connected TV development (WebOS, Tizen, Android TV, BrightScript)—a huge plus if you bring prior experience here. Requirements • 6+ years of full-stack web application development experience with a proven track record of shipping products. • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development. • Experience with the core stack: Node.js, Express, Drizzle, React, Vite (or strong experience in similar technologies). • Practical experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, WindSurf, etc.) to boost productivity and code quality. • Solid understanding of databases and storage: Postgres (RDBMS), Redis/Valkey (Key-Value stores), S3/Wasabi (Object Storage). • Strong Git expertise and familiarity with GitOps workflows. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. • C1 English level: must be able to hold fluent conversations with native speakers, with minimal grammar mistakes and clear pronunciation. • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
