This page covers how to set and adjust your availability in the Klinic EHR, block time off, and sync an external calendar so your schedule stays accurate and up to date.

Your availability is one of the most important factors in your success at Klinic. The more availability you provide, the more patients can be scheduled with you -- which directly impacts your volume and earnings. Keep your availability as open and up to date as possible, and make it a habit to review it regularly. Set or Adjust Recurring Availability

Recurring availability is your default schedule -- the times you want patients to be able to book with you on an ongoing basis.

  1. Navigate to Calendar in the EHR.
  2. Click the Availability tab in the top-left of the calendar page.
  3. In the side panel, confirm that Repeating Availability is selected.
  4. Click on the day of the week you want to add or adjust availability for (for example, Monday).
  5. The Edit Availability panel will appear. Complete the following:
  6. Click Save.

Your availability will now appear on your calendar under the Availability tab. An end date can optionally be set if you want the recurring availability to stop on a specific date.

To edit or remove existing recurring availability, click Availability and select Edit on the block you want to change.


Set One-Time Availability

Use this when you want to open up a specific time slot that falls outside your regular recurring schedule.

  1. Navigate to Calendar in the EHR.
  2. Click the Availability tab in the top-left of the calendar page.
  3. In the side panel, confirm that One-Time Availability is selected.
