I, :Waseem: Malik, a Living Soul under Natural Law, demand you compel the Respondents to PROVE BY WHAT AUTHORITY they presume jurisdiction over me.

GROUNDS FOR ISSUANCE

1. NO CONTRACTUAL CONSENT
   • They cannot produce wet-ink signatures binding me to their statutes (R v Secretary of State for Transport, ex p Factortame [1990]).
   • Their "summons" is unsigned boilerplate – void under Halsbury’s Laws Vol 1(1).
2. FRAUDULENT CORPORATE PERSONA
   • They prosecute "WASEEEM MALIK" (all caps) – a legal fiction (UCC 1-308).
   • I am the living flesh-and-blood principal (Genesis 2:7).
3. MAGNA CARTA VIOLATION
   • Clause 39: No free man shall be seized without lawful judgment.
   • They act as outlaw bands (Coke’s Institutes, 1628).
4. ECHR ARTICLE 6 ABUSE
   • Their court is not independent (judges are state employees).
