字节跳动蓄势待发

短视频应用 TikTok、抖音的所有者字节跳动 (ByteDance) 已重启上市计划，目标最早今年第四季度最迟明年年初在香港上市。

字节跳动在去年 12 月的一轮融资中估值为 1800 亿美元。从 2020 年开始，该公司就一直被传赴美国或中国香港上市，但字节跳动一直以“目前不具备上市条件”否认上市计划。

鉴于中国科技集团所处的变化莫测的监管环境，该公司的上市计划仍可能有变。

快手失意

快手作为字节跳动（抖音）的强有力竞争对手，自 2021 年初登陆香港股市以来，一直处于持续下跌态势。近期受到隐形的监管压力，更是出现了连续超卖的情况。
