Ensuring the privacy and security of user data is a top priority for us. You can rest easy, knowing that we take every precaution to provide an import service with high-grade security.
We retain all uploaded user data for the duration of your contract with us and for up to one year after contract termination.
If you request deletion of user data before the end of the retention period, we will comply with the request in a timely manner, subject to any legal obligations.
You can raise a user data deletion request to [email protected]. All requests are handled within three business days.
Data residency refers to where the data is stored in a geographical location. The location is important usually for regulatory or policy reasons. The data, uploaded by your users, goes through our servers and gets stored in our databases all located in Singapore.
