❓ How to Use

1️⃣ Start with the Inventory database.

2️⃣ Add your initial stocks to the Receiving & Dispatch database.

3️⃣ Subtract your sales/used inventory when customers purchase items.

<aside> ❗ Note: The limitation of this setup is that you have to add a new entry for every item that sells/gets used with a different quantity. See entries on Aug 19 and Aug 13 for an example.

Aug 19 - CO # 627

Customer Order # 627 bought 20 Standard Stickers. Each Standard Sticker uses up 3x5 Cello Bag, therefore I can add both of those Items to the Relation column. In the Notes column, you'll see that they're eligible for a free Mystery Bag. I had to make a new entry to account for this using the same CO # because that quantity is 1 and not 10.

Aug 14 - CO # 626

Customer Order # 626 bought 3 Vinyl Stickers. Each Vinyl Sticker uses one 5x7 Cello Bag, therefore I can add both of these Items to the Relation column. They also used a code to get a free sticker as seen in Notes. I had to make a new entry to account for this using the same CO # because that quantity is 1 and not 3.

Red Gregory's Code

if(prop("Quantity") <= 0 or prop("Quantity") < prop("Minimum"), "🔴", if(prop("Quantity") - prop("Minimum") <= 10, "🟡", "🟢"))

The only changes I made were property names (Quantity & Minimum), emojis, and the yellow warning minimum (10). I highly recommend checking out his resource because he has an even better IMS, but I don't need all of its features and I wanted to practice with relations, roll ups, etc.
