At Along, we are growing our founding team of passionate makers. As a product researcher, your key focus lies on research that can help the product team ideate, build, and learn. Your role will be directly responsible for framing and prioritising research initiatives, specifically regarding user experience

✅ Deliver actionable recommendations that support both tactical and strategic decision making
✅ Brainstorm and guide your insights with the product and engineering team
✅ Advocate for the role of research in product development
✅ 3+ years conducting research in a fast-paced product development environment (startup is a plus)
✅ Understanding complex, technical applications
✅ Experience working across qualitative and quantitative methodological boundaries
✅ Creative research approaches with the appropriate level of detail for the decision being made
✅ Specific examples of meaningful impact resulting from your research
✅ A strong portfolio of research deliverables (e.g. workshops, slides, reports, posters) with an emphasis on great visuals and narrative
