Live Salesforce/Litify checks confirmed this is generated by scheduled Apex, not by a standard Salesforce report subscription. The scheduled job is Attorney Hub Accident No MRI Aging - Weekly, backed by Apex class AttorneyHubNoMriAgingService.

Frequency and delivery

The live CronTrigger shows cron expression 0 15 7 ? * MON *, previous fire 2026-06-15T11:15:00.042Z, next fire 2026-06-22T11:15:00.000Z, state WAITING, and TimesTriggered = 1. This means the digest is scheduled weekly on Mondays at 7:15 AM Eastern. The job was created on June 10, 2026 and first fired on June 15, 2026.

The Apex sends to each active attorney in its hub cohort and adds case manager emails from aged no-MRI matters. For Jon, Josh Hollan appears because the live no-MRI aged matters for Jon all have Josh as case manager. The Apex uses setToAddresses, not a true CC. The screenshot was Jon's reply to Sam, so those visible To/Cc headers are not necessarily the original automated recipient structure.

Data QA performed

Validated the counts directly against live LITIFY_ORG using Jon Hollan user id 0055e000005xgffAAA and the same filters used by the Apex: open matters, principal attorney Jon, litify_pm__Matter_Stage_Activity__r.Name = 'Treatment', litify_pm__Case_Type__r.Name = 'Automobile Accident', and MRI_Status__c.

Live counts matched the screenshot exactly:

• Completed MRI: 14.
• Not Completed MRI: 12.
• Blank MRI status: 4.
• Without MRI as shown in the email: 16, because the Apex groups blank plus any non-Completed/non-Not Needed status into Without MRI.
• MRI complete percent: 47 percent, calculated as 14 divided by 30 and rounded.
• 30 plus day watchlist: 9.
• 60 plus day watchlist: 7.
• Total open Jon Automobile Accident Treatment matters in the digest scope: 30.

Also checked the first displayed rows, and the live query returned Blake Marsicano, Kara Washbish, and Caiden Nagy in the same oldest-open-date order shown in the screenshot.

Accuracy assessment

The email is accurate against the live Litify matter fields and the Apex logic as of June 15, 2026. It should be described as operationally accurate, not independently medically verified. The main caveat is data-entry quality: the digest trusts MRI_Status__c on the matter. Four Jon matters currently have blank MRI status and are conservatively grouped into Without MRI. That is reasonable for a watchlist, but if the team wants cleaner language, a future revision could split Blank MRI status from Not Completed.
