Summary

Created non-public WordPress MERGE PREVIEW drafts for the first-batch overlap recommendations Sam approved for preview. The five source IDs Sam excluded were not touched: 63390, 67840, 63345, 13582, and 10744.

What shipped

• 25 preview drafts were created or updated in WordPress.
• All preview drafts remain draft.
• No live canonical page or post was edited.
• No redirects, deletions, publishing, homepage changes, or Cloudflare purges were performed.
• Each preview draft has a unique merge-preview-... slug.
• Each preview includes a title-options card showing the recommended title, current canonical title, and source draft title so Sam can compare title direction.

Standards used

• sa-copywrite-design for copy, layout, banned words, banned topics, forms, and QA checks.
• sa-element-registry live API check returned 88 elements. The expected count in the skill says 87, so this should be watched as registry drift, but the required elements were present.
• Registry elements recorded in the run: ID 37 sa-cva-split-hero, ID 27 sa-toc, ID 18 Sidebar Option B - Long.
• Specialty pages such as About/Sam Cares/Nursing Home respected the registry hero exception rather than forcing the default practice-area hero.
