Session Objective

Correct the attorney hub Demands Pending Review definition in live Salesforce/Litify. Sam flagged that the card should not mean Negotiation matters with demand sent and no current offer. It should mean matters in Demand Prep where the demand has been drafted but has not been sent.

What Was Accomplished

• Verified LITIFY_ORG live access and live schema for litify_pm__Insurance__c.Demand_Drafted__c, Demand_Sent__c, Current_Offer__c, Matter status, and Matter stage.
• Retrieved live metadata for all eight overview controllers and overview LWC bundles: Abby, Austin, Jimmy, Jon, Nick, Payton, Terry, and Trent.
• Deployed corrected demandsPendingReview logic to all eight controllers: count distinct open Demand Preparation matters where Demand_Drafted__c != null and Demand_Sent__c = null.
• Updated all eight overview helper strings to: Demand Prep matters with a drafted demand that has not been sent.
• Corrected Austin and Terry Demands Pending Review source links to existing dedicated reports: Austin 00OUV000004pj8r2AA, Terry 00OUV000005yKqb2AE.
• Preserved the separate Demand 30+ No Offer risk tiles so they still point to no-offer reports.

Validation Evidence

• Check-only deploy 0AfUV000001Z5vV0AS: 16 components, 39 specified tests, 0 failures.
• Live deploy 0AfUV000001Z5x70AC: 16 components deployed, 0 component errors.
• Per-controller live Apex smoke values for demandsPendingReview: Abby 14, Austin 0, Jimmy 2, Jon 0, Nick 1, Payton 0, Terry 6, Trent 10.
• Bulk live readback confirmed each controller has the drafted-not-sent Demand Prep query and each overview JS has the new helper text.
• Austin/Terry LWC source-link dry run 0AfUV000001Z61x0AC succeeded.
• Austin/Terry LWC source-link live deploy 0AfUV000001Z63Z0AS succeeded.
• Final live readback confirmed Austin/Terry Demands Pending Review links use R.demandsPendingReview, while Demand 30+ No Offer still uses R.demand30NoOffer.

Boundaries

• No Litify business records were changed.
• No reports were deleted, renamed, or edited.
