Sam selected the recommended follow-up from the homepage update: update the traffic-camera evidence block source and canonical design library to Foundry orange so future reuse does not reintroduce deprecated orange tokens.

Future agents should use the canonical sail-design-library repo path HTML Elements/traffic-camera-evidence-block-variants.html for this component. The local Design Elements files are also corrected on this machine. A broader stale-orange sweep should be handled separately because the repo includes historical backups and older guideline files where changing every old token would require judgment.
The specific traffic-camera source is corrected, but targeted search showed many older design-library and historical files still mention deprecated orange. Some are historical snapshots and should not be mass-edited without classification.
