Summary Of Work Done

Updated the live Litify RingCentral panel behavior in Salesforce.

Changed component: litifyRingCentralPanel

Local metadata files edited:

• force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.js
• force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.html

Behavior shipped:

• History is now the default workspace by setting activeWorkspace = WORKSPACE_HISTORY.
• The four main click boxes now render in this order: History, Call, SMS, Summaries.
• Summaries is now the bottom-right button.
• The existing iframe readiness, Call, SMS, History, mobile routing, and timeline logic were left intact.

QA And Evidence

• Retrieved a live-before backup from LITIFY_ORG before deploy.
• Confirmed local diff against the live-before snapshot showed only the intended default and button-order changes, plus existing newline trivia.
• Ran a Salesforce metadata dry-run deploy successfully: no component errors, no test errors.
• Deployed live successfully: deploy id 0AfUV000001X7bd0AC.
• Read live Tooling API source back after deployment and confirmed:
  • activeWorkspace = WORKSPACE_HISTORY
  • button order is History, Call, SMS, Summaries
