Summary of work done

• Scoped live changes to the two approved non-specialty sidebar-form posts: Property Damage Claim Kentucky and Minimum Car Insurance Required in Kentucky.
• Removed sticky/frozen behavior by adding a scoped unfreeze guard so .sa-sidebar, .sa-inline-form-block-sidebar, and .sa-mobile-hero-form-slot compute as position: static.
• Preserved the maintained custom intake backend path. The rendered forms use a data REST endpoint containing /sal/v1/contact-intake, no action="#", and include required hidden tracking fields: page_url, page_title, referrer, gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, success_redirect, error_redirect, plus honeypot company.
• Fixed the mobile hero placement issue by patching the MU plugin script tag to nowprocket so WP Rocket does not delay the form relocation script. • Purged Cloudways app cache with operation flex-87485119.

QA evidence

• Playwright QA completed at 1440x1000 desktop and 390x844 mobile for both target posts.
• Results: HTTP 200, no console errors, one existing Meta Pixel suppressed-event warning, form placement correct by viewport, all relevant positions static, endpoint compatible, no dead action, no missing hidden fields, honeypot present, consent present, no horizontal scroll, no clipped text, and On This Page TOC label/chevron/no Show verified.

Reason for session ending
