Sam approved the recommended path. I found that the public URL was still redirecting because the intended Kentucky location page existed as draft page ID 63399, while /locations/kentucky/ was canonicalizing to the older car-accident page ID 6885. I published the intended page at the correct URL, using the latest corrected revision as the base.
I then ran a human-tone pass and removed public-facing workflow language and generic AI-style phrasing. The page now uses the warmer first-call section: "You can start messy. We will sort it out." I removed visible "hub" language, the public fee percentage reference, "Flat Fee" language, and generic "help" phrasing. I also added matching FAQPage JSON-LD for the three visible FAQ questions and updated the Rank Math meta description.
Updated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/pre-publish-qa/SKILL.md from version 2.1.0 to 2.2.0. New blocker: public copy that reads like a content plan, uses abstract process labels, or could appear unchanged on another law firm's page fails until rewritten in plain visitor-facing language.
