The section shown in Sam's screenshot was too generic and sounded AI-written. I replaced the old "What Happens After You Call" numbered-card section with a more human first-call section titled "You can start messy. We will help sort it out." The revised copy tells visitors they do not need perfect facts, every record, or the legal category before contacting the firm.
New elements shipped:
- Dark left panel with the main reassurance copy.
- Three clearer action cards: first conversation, case triage, next moves.
- "You do not need these before you call" chip row.
- Mobile width hardening so the section does not clip on narrow devices.
