Session Summary

Sam pointed out that staff do not care what the source or mechanism is under the RingCentral Communications Timeline. They just need the panel to work. I removed the explanatory mechanism line while keeping the useful timeline cards.

What Was Done

• Removed the rendered summaryTranscriptStatus block from litifyRingCentralPanel.html.
• Removed the unused summaryTranscriptStatus getter from litifyRingCentralPanel.js.
• Removed the now-unused .timeline-status CSS from litifyRingCentralPanel.css.
• Kept the Communications Timeline section, timeline cards, date/time display, direction/status display, and empty-state behavior.

Check-only deploy succeeded against LITIFY_ORG.

Bundle this with the compact-toolbar cleanup and upcoming RingCentral button/auth wiring patch, then run staff-authenticated rendered QA.
