• build and finish RingCentral as the primary Litify communications surface;
• stage a reversible retirement of staff-facing SMS Magic UI;
• preserve all SMS Magic historical records and historical review access;
• do not uninstall SMS Magic;
• do not disable SMS Magic automation until current writers are traced and RingCentral replacement logging is verified.
