Sam clarified the RingCentral/SMS Magic direction. The priority is not AI Receptionist or AIR Pro right now. The real priority is the Litify interface with RingCentral: easy calling, easy messaging, AI-generated call summaries attached to the Matter as Notes, transcripts attached to the Matter as Notes/files, cell phone app functionality/sync, and notifications for new messages and voicemails.
