I corrected the earlier source assumption, then repaired the live Autonomous relay config at /var/www/html/contact-intake-config-v2.php so email_recipients now points to the current mailbox list instead of the stale DemandSam aliases.
A rollback backup exists on the Autonomous host at /var/www/html/contact-intake-config-v2.php.bak-codex-recipient-repair-20260513-001032. I did not send anything to the team, and I did not submit a fake lead.

The Teams notification webhook returns WorkflowTriggerIsNotEnabled, so Teams notifications are suspended. Email and Litify paths are repaired. A next agent can repair or replace the Teams webhook, but should avoid sending a live team notification unless Sam explicitly approves it.
