The corpus includes SKILL.md references everywhere, but the candidate filenames SKILL (1).md, SKILL (2).md, SKILL (3).md did not trigger the substring guard because the literal SKILL.md token never matched against the (1).md-suffixed forms. The originals in Documents\Projects\skills-library\ were untouched. Flagged in MCQ for explicit confirmation before next-run autopurge.

Pass 3 ambiguities surfaced (not moved)

The 27 root strays split into:

• 16 Windows registry / hive / shell config files — NTUSER.DAT*, ntuser.*, .claude.json, .lesshst, .git-for-windows-updater. NEVER-TOUCH; left alone permanently.
