Execute the next safe RingCentral/Litify modernization steps with rollback and Slack approval gates while Sam was away.

What Was Accomplished

Backed up the pre-change RingCentral SMS and calls sync directories.
Retrieved live SAIL_SMS_Message__c and SAIL_Call_Log__c metadata as rollback evidence.
Updated the RingCentral SMS sync to support structured SAIL_SMS_Message__c upserts keyed by RC_Message_ID__c, while preserving existing Litify Note behavior.
Added Matter, Intake, and Party matching into the SMS structured payload.
Updated the RingCentral calls sync to use existing Task links before phone matching and to populate SAIL_Call_Log__c.Call_With__c when a Party is known.
Added Insurance-name fallback matching for adjuster/company calls using litify_pm__Insurance__c fields.
Staged Salesforce metadata for SAIL_SMS_Message__c.Matter__c, SAIL_SMS_Message__c.Intake__c, and a hidden sailRingcentralMatterDock Lightning Web Component.
Staged rollback instructions, destructive field rollback metadata, and LaunchAgent templates.
Sent Slack status updates and approval requests to Sam.
