Instructions: Use this page to complete your annual review of the previous year. To do so, you need to complete the followings steps...
STEP 1️⃣: Complete an audit of last year.
STEP 2️⃣: Collect the following three key pieces of information and plug it in below each of the domains. Feel free to grab screenshots, write out the info, combo of both...whatever works best for you. This is a personal journey, so make it work for you!
→ Data points (What are the facts?)
→ Discoveries (What are the insights?)
→ Actions (What are the changes to make?)
STEP 3️⃣: Next, complete the information in free form text in Part 2, including Grateful For, Proud Of, Gave or Took Energy, and Lessons Learned.
STEP 4️⃣: Calculate what an hour of your time was worth in Part 3:
→ Look at your Timeular data
→ Divide your total annual compensation by the total hours worked
→ This will give you a gross hourly rate
