The scope of this project doc is to make two adjustments:

  1. get onto a new sleep schedule and keep it consistently for the foreseeable future
  2. get onto a new fitness schedule and keep it daily

Motivations & Outcomes

Sleep and exercise are vital for being a great human. Having both in place creates a virtuous upwards cycle. Having dysfunction in one creates a vicious downward spiral.

There is no rational reason to avoid having a bullet proof sleep and exercise regimen. There is no excuse for not focusing on these foundations.

Strategy

My strategy is the usual: I’ll get clear on the why, what, how and when. I’ll get those around me onboard.

One meta change is doing a daily check-in for the previous day in my journal. That can happen at the closing of the day as part of a wind down.
