    3. Marketing plan, OKRs, and budget (maybe Zero and Hagan)
    4. PR, communication, and media (maybe John and Ryan)

  • Ongoing discussion to assign leadership for OKRs
  • OKRs should get committee members as leads and the actual work can be done through proposals
  • Evaluating the work and looking at the budget can be anyone and everyone
