For those coming in from out of town, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the closest airport to Fredericksburg. From there, it is easiest to get to and from events by car. We highly encourage carpooling.
Updates:
We have arranged for bus transportation between the Fairfield Inn Fredericksburg and Hock Ranch for the weekend activities. For those not staying at the Fairfield, you are welcome to either park or Uber to the Fairfield and hop on the bus, or drive yourself (carpooling still encouraged) to Hock Ranch.
Please plan accordingly: Each bus holds 55 passengers and will begin boarding 15 minutes before departure time. First come first serve!
