Higher Management

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Responsible for executing their vision for Beyond The Five and ensuring that the core of Beyond The Five is functioning properly by working closely with the teams within Beyond The Five.

Operational Administrator

• Responsible for supporting the activities of the boards/teams within Beyond The Five.

Marketing & Events Team

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

• Oversees all of Marketing & Events
• Responsible for:
  • Thinking of marketing strategies and brainstorming workshop & event ideas
  • Working on the Beyond The Five newsletter
  • Responding to messages from organizations/individuals (general questions, partnership requests, etc.)
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring they are done
  • Communicating with other boards/teams if assistance is needed

Graphic Designer (x2)

• Responsible for creating visual content for Beyond The Five’s social media channels.
• Useful skills:
  • Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva and Figma
  • Marketing experience

Content Creator (x3)

• Responsible for creating written content for Beyond The Five’s blogs and various social media accounts.
