We're stoked to have the Growth Working Group off the ground and are really happy with the submissions we've seen so far. We've funded a combination of direct growth efforts (eg paid ads) and growth infrastructure (eg growth tools).

• We'd love to see more submissions that are going to increase AUM quickly - things like paid advertising, influencer incentive programs, etc.
• We've streamlined the memo submission process [HERE]
