Simple Steps redesigned our core programs and initiatives to adapt to the "new normal" as the novel coronavirus began to spread in March this year. We took this challenge as an opportunity to expand our networks beyond our geographic region. We are continuously developing and expanding our community virtually, inviting female immigrant talents across the United States, including CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, OH, MD, MN, and WA, and also Canada and South Korea, to participate in our online programs.

Simple Steps partners with companies that offer flexible work hours and work-from-home options, and hire more diverse candidates. We successfully matched over 78% of the job postings during the pandemic thanks to our unique and ongoing partnerships.
