A good year for some good reads. Creativity, Inc is probably my favorite read. How to Be an Antiracist is probably the most important thing I read. Chief Joy Officer continues to help me build language for empathy, psychological safety, and kindness in the work place. I liked Dune A LOT and it will probably be something I re-read again in the near future but it just doesn’t stack up to how much I loved the other books.
