My long list of resolution are grouped under 4 categories:

  1. Mind
  2. Body
  3. Relationships
  4. Learning

I certainly haven't achieved all of these, and this is still closer to a wish list then a list of successes!

I try to revisit this list at the start of each month and pick 2-3 to focus on. 'New month' resolutions are more forgiving than 'New Year' resolutions. If I fail I can retry within 4 weeks rather than waiting another year to try kick start a good habit.
