This annual report created by the Foundation outlines the activities, projects and events of the past year. Formatted as a 12-month calendar, the report remains relevant and present for donors and individual givers.
My role in the project included:
-identifying story opportunities and reaching out to individuals, departments, organizations to coordinate interviews.
-photography. Worked with our in-house photographer to schedule and photograph elements.
-drafted stories as well as edited contributed work.
-Creative agency management. Identified and worked directly with the creative agency on design elements, timelines, deliverables and budget. Managed the process from start to finish.
-Print production. Worked with the print house on all elements of production, including direct mail.
