A curated database of places to submit a SaaS, startup, AI tool, developer tool, mobile app, or indie product for organic traffic, backlinks, reviews, early users, and brand visibility.

Quick note

I made this while building BeVisible, my startup for helping SaaS founders get found on Google and AI search.

Directory submissions are only one piece of organic visibility, but they’re a useful starting point for backlinks, brand mentions, and helping search engines understand what your product does.

If you’re working on this too, you can check it out here: https://bevisible.app

How to use this

  1. Start with the P1 and P2 sites. These have the strongest combination of authority, buyer intent, and credibility.
  2. Filter by category. AI tools, developer tools, mobile apps, Shopify apps, open-source projects, and B2B SaaS all have different best channels.
  3. Track every attempt. Do not rely on memory. Mark each site as Not started, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Needs follow-up, or Not relevant.
  4. Treat DR as directional. DR changes over time, and Ahrefs is the source of truth for Ahrefs DR.
  5. Judge sites by outcomes, not vanity. A DR 40 niche directory that sends qualified users can beat a DR 90 platform that sends only curiosity clicks.

About DR

DR means Ahrefs Domain Rating, a 0-100 metric based on backlink quantity and quality. The DR values in the database are approximate and should be used for prioritization, not as fixed facts.

Use the database below as the tracker. Sort by Priority first, then DR.
